Margarita's North Captiva Island Florida

The next part of our trip took us to Harry and Anita's beautiful house on North Captiva Island. The house is named Margarita's that explains the margarita icon for this photo series. The story behind the story is too long to tell right now but it does involve a lot of booze. There are no cars on this island which is about half national park land. Turtles, birds, and lizzards represent the majority of traffic you'll see here. The island is very peaceful and you have a great view of the water from the crow's nest.

This is Dottie's famous pose with the island's fertility goddess. We did some shopping in Anita's sister's gift shop the Caged Parrot in Punta Gorda.
