Summer 2007
More Stuff That Happened!

Here is what else has been going on this summer for Dottie and I.  First off my cousin Lorrie and her husband George toured through upstate NY and went from the Adirondacks to Niagara Falls.   I am very proud of Lorrie for being the only family member (outside my immediate family) to make the trip!  Ask Lorrie how nice summer can be up here.   I dare you!
Next was fishing with my co-workers on Lake Ontario for King Salmon.   Nice haul that day, in just 4 hours.   We all had plenty of fillets for dinner.  Last is a wrap up of the Heisey wedding trip. We got a little beach time in OCNJ and it was great.   Of course what Heisey wedding wouldn't be complete with some car trouble! And the last big trip of the Summer was to Lisa and Aaron's house in St. Louis.

Lorrie and George

Nice "Welcome" mat .. speaks the truth.

According to George, Lorrie only drinks 1 bottle of wine per day!

Old paddle boat on the river just before heading to the lake

Very alluring picture

What we caught.

What they bought! Only kidding... these guys killed.

They needed a boat in case Rick or I got into trouble in the water

View of Missouri country side from Montelle Winery

Who would have thought Missouri has 72 wineries?

Very good stuff!

Arch, much bigger than I thought

You can ride on the inside by tram to the top.

Missouri borders 8 states and you can get to any of them in about 2-3 hours!
