What's New For 07 So Far |
It's been interesting so far this year. We just got back from Oregon, which is a state that is very diverse in all respects. It's geography, food, places, and it's people. You can drive north to some impressive mountains and active volcanoes from Portland in about 2 hours. Where the countryside seems to go forever and the temperatures drop 30 degrees or more. About 2 hours west and you are on the coast. Where the wide sandy beaches and rugged coast line is also very impressive. Any direction you drive will see some old growth forest with trees that are 4 - 6 feet in diameter. The seafood is fresh and the salmon is tasty! There is a subtle west coast culture there too that seems to have it's roots in the late sixties and early seventies as well. We enjoyed this trip. The Sims did a great job on the wedding. It was unique and casual. We want to wish all the best to Erika and Dixon and thanks for inviting us to your wedding! |
