Wow - talk about a getting a little lit! Let's see 8 bottles Scotch and 24 people ... with about 3 people abstaining ... er ... a ... /8 + 24 X 3.6 = too much! We didn't even kill off a bottle?!?! We all had a great time. Some of my favorite Scotches were Edradour #1, Highland Park #2 and Balvenie #3 ... I really don't remember the rest. The Prime Rib dinner was excellent ... Sue Weller did a fantastic job on this tasting and I look forward to the next one. I promise to keep better tasting notes next time. |

| As you can see as the evening went on people got friendlier and friendlier (look at Bill) and the Scotch got better and better. It was nice to have an "out of work" event to see some of my co-workers. I promised Sue I would bring a bottle of Scotch too ... just didn't say how big... I did bring a bottle of port for after dinner. Ron Baird has a cool website too. Give his site a visit.
