Friday - At about 9:00 a.m. the Stoneswagon pulled into our driveway. Dottie and I knew this was going to be a special day because this was the 1st time the Sims' have made an nearly "on time" arrival at our house. | After arriving in Canada we exchanged real money for that fake stuff that the poor Canadians have to suffer with. Loons, loonies. bi-loons, who knows? Bob, Gayle, Parker and Bill try to figure out one of the new parking meters in NOTL (pronounced notle... right Parker!). So complicated you can just ask it to issue a parking ticket and forget trying to pay the damn thing. Lunch at the Angel was excellent ... of course wood chips washed down with draft English Ale taste good. I scored the first ale glass of the trip. Glass stealing ... an art I passed along to young master William on this trip. | |
